Corrections and removal

If you run one of these businesses and something here is wrong, we will fix it. You do not have to argue with anybody and there is nothing to pay.

Getting something corrected

Email corrections@vegasservicereviews.com with the page and what is wrong. Automated checks misfire — a site that was briefly down, a page that blocks bots, a change we have not picked up yet. We would rather be corrected than be wrong.

Getting removed

Ask and we will remove your page. We will not ask you why, and we will not offer to keep it up in exchange for anything.

What we will not do

We do not take payment to change a rating, move a ranking, or remove an unflattering fact while leaving the flattering ones. The ranking is review volume from Google, and that is the only thing it has ever been.

Why an automated check can be wrong

Every website finding on this site comes from one automated visit to a company’s home page on the date printed beside it. That keeps every claim checkable, but it has known failure modes: a host that is down for the one minute we visit reads as “did not respond”; a firewall that challenges automated visitors blocks the check entirely — in that case we publish nothing rather than guess; and a redesign shipped yesterday is invisible until the next capture.

The “not updated since” flag is a proxy: it reads the year a site prints in its own footer. If the footer says 2023, the page reports that fact — updating the footer updates the finding on the next capture. And the ratings and review counts are Google’s public numbers on the capture date, not live figures: if today’s number on your Google Maps listing differs from the one printed here, that is usually the gap between captures rather than an error — but email us anyway and we will re-read it.

Frequently asked questions

Is there any charge for a correction or removal?

No. Nothing on this site is for sale - not listings, not rankings, not corrections, not removals. There is no fee and no premium tier, and nobody will call you.

Can I pay or ask to have my ranking moved up?

No. Position is Google review count, highest first, recalculated on each refresh. The way a company moves up is earning more Google reviews - that is picked up automatically.

Do I have to prove I own the business?

For a factual correction, no - a wrong fact is wrong no matter who reports it. Removal requests should come from the business being removed.

My website was down when you checked. What now?

Email us. The check is a single automated visit on the date shown, so brief downtime or bot-blocking can read as a dead site. We will visit again and update or remove the finding to match what we find.
